One question at a time, across eight short sections: getting started, your story, your audience, what sets you apart, your brand’s personality, vision & growth, your brand in use, and anything else — 33 questions in all. Type your answers or tap the mic and speak them. You can move back and forth freely and edit any answer before your blueprint is created. There are no wrong answers — gut answers are often the best ones.

As long as you need. Most people finish in 20 to 25 minutes; others spread it across a few sittings. Every answer saves automatically, you can pause anytime, and you have 30 days from purchase to finish at your own pace — no countdown pressure.

Nothing is lost. If you get pulled away, your answers are already saved — sign back in and you’ll pick up where you left off. And before your blueprint is created, Xyxero checks for any questions you left unanswered and offers to walk you back through just those, so an accidental skip never slips through. If a question genuinely doesn’t apply, you can still choose to continue without it.

No. Typing is always available and never a lesser experience. The mic is there if dictating feels more natural — many people think better out loud — but every question works either way.

Once you begin your session, your purchase becomes non-refundable. Because Xyxero begins processing and responding to your unique inputs from the moment the session starts, refunds cannot be issued after that point.

Xyxero writes your draft Brand Blueprint and emails you when it’s ready — usually within minutes. You then have 48 hours to read it and tell us anything that feels off, missing, or not quite true yet; those clarifications are folded in before the final version is created. The refinement pass is included in the price.

No. Your Brand Blueprint is written only from what you actually said in your session. Where you haven’t given an answer, the blueprint doesn’t guess — it leaves that ground untouched rather than inventing it. And there’s no AI-generated imagery: visual directions trace back to your own words.
