What you get, and what we ask.

Xyxero guides you through one conversation about your work and turns your answers into a Brand Blueprint — a written brand strategy. It is a strategic document, not design work, and not advice about your health, your legal position, or your money.

The Blueprint is built from what you tell us. The more candidly you answer, the more useful it is. We don’t promise a particular outcome, only a considered one.

$499, once, before the session. That covers one Brand Blueprint. A second brand, or a second blueprint, is another $499.

You have 30 days from paying to finish the conversation. Stop and come back as often as you like inside that window — there is one conversation per Blueprint, so there is no starting over from scratch.

Once your Blueprint is written you can download it as often as you like, for as long as your account exists, at no further cost. The short clarification window after your draft is part of the price too — we don’t charge twice to get it right.

If you came in through a founder or beta code, the reduced price you were shown at checkout is the price, and everything else here applies unchanged.

Before your session starts, your purchase is fully refundable. Write to us and we return it — you don’t owe us a reason.

Once your session starts, it is final. Xyxero begins working on your own answers from the first question, so after that there is no unused product left to give back.

If something goes wrong anyway, tell us. A person reads every one of these and looks at it on its own facts — the rule above is our policy, not a way of ending the conversation. And on the rare occasion we do refund a Blueprint that has already been delivered, we don’t take the Blueprint back.

What you tell us in the session is yours. So is the Blueprint we write from it — use it, change it, hand it to a designer or an agency, build a business on it. We don’t need credit and we don’t take a share.

We keep your session so we can write and re-issue your Blueprint, and so you can come back to it. What we hold and who processes it is set out in our Privacy page. We don’t use your answers to train models for anyone else.

The way Xyxero itself works — the questions, the method, the software, the name — stays ours.

Use your own account, and answer as yourself or on behalf of a business you’re entitled to represent. Don’t resell access, don’t try to extract the questions or the prompts, and don’t use Xyxero to produce anything unlawful.

We may end an account that does those things. If we do, we’ll tell you why, and you’ll still be able to download a Blueprint you’ve already paid for.

Xyxero is software, and it depends on services we don’t run. It will occasionally be slow or briefly unavailable. We aim for a Blueprint that makes you feel understood, but we can’t guarantee commercial results from it — a brand strategy is a starting point, not an outcome.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. A change never alters what you were promised for a purchase you already made — the terms you bought under are the ones that apply to that Blueprint.

Xyxero is operated by Atomic Bullfrog LLC. When you buy a Brand Blueprint, that company is who you are contracting with.
