A sample Brand Blueprint
This is a complete Brand Blueprint, written by Xyxero from a full session of 33 answers. The physician is fictional: Dr. Amara Okai, an internist who runs a small membership practice. Everything else is exactly what the product wrote.
Two things were changed for publishing. A real Blueprint names the actual practices competing with you; here those names are replaced with “a nearby practice” and similar. And every page is marked as a sample.
What's in a Blueprint
Thirteen sections, in this order. Each is drawn from your own answers.
- Executive Summary
- Your brand in a paragraph, the choice your answers leave open, and the direction Xyxero recommends, with the reason.
- Positioning Statement
- One sentence: who you serve, what you are, and why you are different.
- Ideal Audience
- Who they are, what sends them looking, and what they are struggling with, in their terms.
- Differentiators
- What competitors lead with, what actually sets you apart, and the practices near you by name.
- Core Messaging
- What your website should open with, what it should say next, and a recommended tagline.
- Brand Voice & Tone
- How you sound, how you never sound, and phrases to use and avoid.
- Visual Exploration
- A suggested palette with color values and a type pairing, drawn from what you said you like and dislike. A starting point for a designer, not a finished identity.
- Brand Gaps & Blind Spots
- What your answers reveal that you didn't say, quoted back so you can see where it came from.
- Growth Opportunities
- The biggest opening, and where to go after that.
- Priority Action Plan
- Numbered steps for the first 30 days and beyond, each with why and where to start.
- Next Steps
- What to keep, improve, and replace, and what to create first.
- Brand Story
- Your story, written in your voice from what you told Xyxero.
- Final Strategic Summary
- How to position the brand, what people should remember, and the single next best move.
What you receive
- The session: 33 questions, one at a time, answered out loud or by typing, in the iPhone or Android app or on the web. Every answer saves as you go, so you can stop and come back, and you have 30 days to finish.
- Your draft Blueprint as a PDF, usually a few minutes after your last answer. We email you when it’s ready, and it’s in your account straight away.
- The final Blueprint 48 hours later, in the same place. The draft stays beside it.
- Yours to keep. Open it in the app or download it on the web whenever you like, for as long as your account exists, with no fee to download it again.
- One payment covers one Blueprint. The apps are free; the payment is made on the web. The current price is in the FAQ.
What a sample can't show
Yours is written from your answers, not Dr. Okai’s. It names the practices that actually compete with you, quotes your own words back to you, and every figure in it comes from something you said. Xyxero never invents a number, and it gives no medical, legal, or financial advice.
