What we collect, and what we don’t.

Your discovery session is the product. We store what you say so we can write your Brand Blueprint, and we don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train anyone else’s models. Nothing that tracks you across the web loads unless you say yes.

Your account. Email address, and a name if you give one. Needed to sign you in and to send your Blueprint.

Your session. The answers you type or speak, and the transcript that results. This is the material the Brand Blueprint is written from.

Who at Xyxero reads it. Our team may read your Brand Blueprint to check its quality or to help you. Each time someone does, we record who and when.

Your Trial, if you take one. The six answers you give in the free Trial in the app, and the short preview written from them, kept on your account so you can open the preview again.

Your voice, briefly. When you speak, audio is streamed to a transcription service and converted to text. We keep the text. We do not keep the recording.

Payment. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers — we store only the fact that a payment succeeded.

We use a small number of vendors to run the product. Each one only sees what it needs:

• Clerk — sign-in and accounts.
• Anthropic — the conversation and the writing of your Blueprint.
• Deepgram — turning your speech into text.
• ElevenLabs — Xyxero’s spoken voice.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — transactional email, such as telling you your Blueprint is ready.
• Cloudflare and Render — hosting for the website and the API.

We set no advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept them, and you can choose category by category. Change your answer whenever you like, using the button at the end of this section.

If you accept, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which tells us whether our ads reach the right people and lets LinkedIn recognise your visit. It is the only thing we load that follows you beyond this site.

We keep our own record of how the product is used — which steps get reached, where people get stuck — on our own servers. It stays with us, and it puts nothing in your browser. If we ever add in-browser analytics, it will sit behind the same yes.

Either way, we keep a few small values in your browser’s own storage — not cookies, and never sent anywhere: your light/dark preference, your cookie answer, whether you’ve already reserved a Founder spot, and an email you typed into the start form so a refresh doesn’t lose it. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share your session with advertisers. We don’t use your answers to train models for anyone else. And we don’t show your Blueprint to anyone but you.

You can delete your account yourself, from either place you use Xyxero: on this site under Settings, or in the iPhone or Android app under Account. It takes effect immediately and it is not reversible.

We email you a copy of everything first. Before anything is deleted we send you your account details, the full transcript of your discovery session, and a PDF of every Brand Blueprint on the account. If that email cannot be sent, the deletion does not go ahead and nothing is removed. That email will be the only copy, so keep it somewhere safe.

Deleting then removes your discovery session, everything you said in it, your Trial, and any Brand Blueprint on the account — including one you have paid for, and including the PDF in our file storage. Our promise that a paid Blueprint stays downloadable applies while the account exists; deleting it is how that ends.

You can also ask for that same copy without deleting anything — Settings → Email me a copy. Nothing changes on your account.

What we keep is the record of the payment itself — the amount, the date and the reference — because a business has to be able to account for money it was paid. That record is no longer attached to your name or your email address, both of which are erased. Your card details were never ours to keep; Stripe holds those.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your account with it. Write to legal@xyxero.ai and we’ll act on it.
