What we collect, and what we don’t.

Your discovery session is the product. We store what you say so we can write your Brand Blueprint, and we don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train anyone else’s models. Nothing that tracks you across the web loads unless you say yes.

Your account. Email address, and a name if you give one. Needed to sign you in and to send your Blueprint.

Your session. The answers you type or speak, and the transcript that results. This is the material the Brand Blueprint is written from.

Your voice, briefly. When you speak, audio is streamed to a transcription service and converted to text. We keep the text. We do not keep the recording.

Payment. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers — we store only the fact that a payment succeeded.

We use a small number of vendors to run the product. Each one only sees what it needs:

• Clerk — sign-in and accounts.
• Anthropic — the conversation and the writing of your Blueprint.
• Deepgram — turning your speech into text.
• ElevenLabs — Xyxero’s spoken voice.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — transactional email, such as telling you your Blueprint is ready.
• Cloudflare and Render — hosting for the website and the API.

We set no advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept them, and you can choose category by category. Change your answer whenever you like, using the button at the end of this section.

If you accept, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which tells us whether our ads reach the right people and lets LinkedIn recognise your visit. It is the only thing we load that follows you beyond this site.

We keep our own record of how the product is used — which steps get reached, where people get stuck — on our own servers. It stays with us, and it puts nothing in your browser. If we ever add in-browser analytics, it will sit behind the same yes.

Either way, we keep a few small values in your browser’s own storage — not cookies, and never sent anywhere: your light/dark preference, your cookie answer, whether you’ve already reserved a Founder spot, and an email you typed into the start form so a refresh doesn’t lose it. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share your session with advertisers. We don’t use your answers to train models for anyone else. And we don’t show your Blueprint to anyone but you.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your account with it. Write to legal@xyxero.ai and we’ll act on it.
